Participants will be introduced to the fundamentals of planning and carrying out programme-based monitoring and evaluation. The course will blend planning and management principles with skill-development related to study design and data collection and analysis. Participants are encouraged to come to the course with a project for which they can develop a monitoring and evaluation plan.
